Vietnamese Temple in Houston

this town has many delights & I try to bring my camera with me on sojourns

my M9 returned from a New Jersey visit in a greatly improved state

here is one I took when I spotted this building standing in the middle of a Jamaican neighborhood that I visited in search of patties

shooting information at link below

there was an imposing chain link fence surrounding this building, which made taking this photograph a challenge

I was just able to slip the M9 through a joint in the fence, but had to remove the external VF to help with framing as I could not get my eye to it

a larger version can be seen here in my pbase gallery along with shooting information is typical, the EXIF is not accurate

this was taken at closer to f8 & happily I needed no cloning for the sky

love the colors Kodak/Leica delivers with the M9

"Avoid making a commotion, just as you wouldn’t stir up the water before fishing. Don’t use a flash out of respect for the natural lighting, even when there isn’t any. If these rules aren’t followed, the photographer becomes unbearably obtrusive" -- attributed to HCB
