Huge difference between 12 and 17mm

If you have the Olympus 12mm f2.0, plus a 60mm, and don't want any zooms, would you add the Olympus 17mm f1.8 to your kit or would you move further up the line to one of the other primes between 19mm and 45mm?

Digital film is cheap; shoot fast and shoot often!!!

No one can tell you what focal lengths you "need" (if you are not a professional photographer, you don't really need any lenses at all, you just want them), but I assure you that 17m is a very different focal length than 12mm and is also a very different focal length than 25mm.

The value of a zoom lens is that you can find out about different focal lengths and how they impact the look of the photo and what subjects you can photograph without the investment in expensive prime lenses. Zoom lenses are inexpensive. So maybe you should consider buying one.
