Lens Focus issue

I have a Sigma 70-200mm f2.8 Lens which works well on my K3 and my K5 before it. However I decided to check all my lens for any AF issues so I bought a Spyder LensCal to test the focus.

My Pentax 18-135mm it fine,  the Sigma is perfect at 70mm  but front focuses at 200mm. I cannot correct that perfectly at the max adjustment although it is close, however that then effects the 70mm  focal length which is then out.

So what is the best thing to do . somewhere in the middle or what ? Once you stop down to f4 or above you can't see  any out of focus at either end.
