HELP: start stop video REC with a remote
I've been strictly a Sony Guy. But next month I'll be on a big video production, and we'll use some dSLTRs canons and nikons too for shooting movie clips.
What I need to know is how to start/stop video on a Nikon dSLR, and witch INFRARED remote do I need.
With my sony cameras, remotes have one button for photo, and one button for video.
But I've read that on other brands, the remote has the same button, but you need to switch to video mode on the camera. How does Nikon does it, and with what infrared remote?
I still don't know the camera models we'll be using, So could you please reply with the model the instructions are for? thank you.
Again: I need to know witch INFRARED remote, and camera menus, to start/stop movie recording on a Nikon.
Also: Sony limits video clips to 29 min. What is the time limit on video clips in Nikon cameras?
Thank you very much in advance for your help
