Salty Water in my E-3 , camera it was not 100% waterproof

I'm spending vacation in Alaska with a lot of rain. For 10 days I shot images under rain without trouble. Two days ago I made a little of kayaking with my E-3 and I saw the bottom of the camera was completely under sea water. I told myself " never mind it is waterproof" and in that moment the camera started getting crazy with autofocus and started making photos without my shooting command. I switched off the camera and I come back. The panels and viewfinder were foggy for two days (=Water inside?)The camera never restarted. Now fog in the panels and in OVF gone away , but the camera doesn't restart...

some advice? It will be possible Olympus assistance could help me or my camera finally dead?

Please help.

Thank you for your assistance .
