Visiting Brazil

We traveled on a ten day birding tour of the Pantanal area of Brazil with Field Guides, Inc., staying at the Garden of the Amazon and Pantanal Norte Hotel lodges near Sao John de Rio Claro and Porto Jofre north then south of Cuiaba respectively. Pictures taken with a Canon 60D and a 100-400mm lens. PP's with PS 10.

Female Jaguar sitting 25 feet from our boat. Seconds after the picture, she sprang for a caiman hiding in the weeds and landing in the water10 feet from me.
