Lowepro customer service
Last weekend we went to Tropical Bird Land in Desford, Leics. Was having a great time and the Macaus were on form. However, one of them took a liking to my Lowepro Fastpack 250 bag and had a nibble on the toggle into the laptop part of the bag. During my trip to Rome I had also damaged one of the front clips for the flap.
I couldn't find spares online so I emailed them via their website asking where I could order spares. I was responded to in under 12 hours asking for which bits were broken and my address. They sent them free of charge (didn't ask for proof of purchase or anything like that) and I received them next day. Excellent customer service and will ensure I keep using them in the future!
