Why is the NX3000 hi ISO so good? (vs Sony A6000, Fuji X-T1)

Samsung has not been known for superb hi iso quality, but I was surprised by the new cheapo Samsung NX3000 hi iso quality. It is better than the high end NX30 and better than the Sony A6000. This is very puzzling. Does anyone have info on what has changed in the sensor?

Here are some 100% crops ISO 6400 from the imaging resource site

Add Sony A7 (mid) , Canon 5D mk2 (right) just to gauge how much difference there is to FF.
