MMF technical details

Long struggle deciding what to do with my original Four-Thirds Olympus system (including some very nice lenses, quite expensive).

If I go micro-four thirds and get one of the versions of the MMF adapter, then I'm having trouble coming up with some answers I need:

1. will the full lens area of the full four-thirds lenses still be available through the MMF adapter to the micro-four-thirds camera?

2. will the effective focal length remain the same, e.g. a 25 mm lens is "normal" on a full four-thirds body, so will that remain the same with an MMF adapter on a micro-four-thirds camera?

3. is there glass in the MMF adapter, or is just a "tube"?

I understand that focussing might be slower.

Thanks to all,
