SB-600 fires full power all the time.
So I recently bought a used SB-600, and being a new user to all the flashes, I didn't know what to look for, however I knew that the flash constantly overexposed the image mounted on my D80. I tried putting it in manual, and putting the power to 1/64, however it still flashes full power, this can be seen, and it is proven by the time it takes to recharge, as the recharge time is the same with 1/1 power and 1/64 power. I've seen the SB-800 have the problem, where the IGBT had to be changed, however I haven't found anyone with this problem on the SB-600 and therefor no straight guide on how to change the IGBT. I would love to have this flash working, as money is tight, and most of my camera equipment is bought on a budget
