Best entry-level DSLR for my needs?
I'm heavily involved in photography and videography at school. I'm looking for a DSLR that I can use for my projects and personal life. I'm looking for an interface I won't have too much trouble navigating, but will still have more technical settings I can graduate to. I plan on having a strong video focus - shooting HD video is a requirement. A long battery life and relatively light body are all considerations. I'm looking in the entry-level mid-range budget zone.
The cameras I cannot decide among so far are:
Canon EOS Rebel T3i
Canon EOS Rebel T5
I'm open to other suggestions, but my research/personal preferences tell me that what I'm looking for are within these cameras. Any ideas?
