Overall score is not P-Mpix

Yes, by 1/2 a point. It's insignificant and may be within the statistical error allowance.

E24/1.8 on NEX-7: overall score: 22 points

P-MPIX score: 13

- on A3000: score: 22.5 points

P-MPIX score: 14

Given the 25% advantage in pixel count for the NEX-7,  any lower P-Mpix score is unusual for the same lens.    (The A5000 has the same sensor as the A3000, so it's numbers are redundant.)   The lens with the highest P-Mpix on the A3000 is the Sigma 60mm @ 18 vs. 16 on the NEX-7.  I don't think there is a single lens with a higher NEX-7 P-Mpix score vs. A3000 score but some of the lowest sharpness lenses score equally.
