FF cameras give roughly a 1 stop advantage in ISO and 1 stop in shallower DoF. The kit lens is 2-3 stops slower than the prime lenses you have. So generally the A7 with kit lens will be a downgrade.

FF cameras only give better high ISO and shallower DoF if paired with equivalent lenses, which in this case you won't be doing. You'll get better images from your current primes than from a larger sensor with a lesser (and less flexible) kit lens.
