Canon EF 40mm F/2.8 STM -vs- EF-S 18-135mm f/3.5-5.6 IS STM

Try next time the same setting but with Auto-ISO.

Would the 18-135mm STM likely have given me better Image Quality (IQ) in this situation than the 40mm F/2.8 without IS?

I do it in low light and get nice photos.
