How important is video in your DSLR ?

I don't understand why so many generalize so much...

It is interesting to see that if individuals here are not interested in video, they must be old or for other reasons just to rule out that they are unimportant or wrong for wanting better video. I think one person mentioned the available colors of the K-50 and to me, that shows that it is more toward a younger crowd because others who are more conservative (Old :P) will want the basic black. In general the availability of color choices from Pentax for their other models clearly shows that they are more in tuned to a younger crowd. Maybe some think that a DSLR is more for pictures and video is just ok or not that important, which is how I feel about my camera, and that is why Pentax is fine to them. Even though I am not so big on video, others like it a lot, and again, like I said prior, to each his own. I would never want to think that it is bad for either side and we should be able to coexist without putting others down when they disagree what is important to each of them.
