Hidden setting to speed up your X-T1 and X-E2

I was tipped off to this hidden tweak for The Fuji XT-1 and X-E2 (I haven't looked to see if its on my X-E1 or X-Pro1 yet).

Go to Setup Menu #2 > Power Management > High Performance

Turn this setting on.

Turn your camera off. Turn it back on and you should see an almost instant startup and focusing speed will improve. The downside? It does seem to eat your batteries, but everyone I've shown this to says they notice a big difference. I know it seems to work for me.
