Crop Factor| Best way to understand?

I have been doing a lot of reading about the different sensor sizes - I understand that the Sony APC-S cameras have a crop factor of 1.5.

My 16-50mm 2.8 G lens is actually 24-75mm? Does the aperture change also where it would be 4.2?

My 70-300mm 4.5 - 5.6 G lens is actually 105-450 and 6.75 - 8.4 aperture?

This is confusing and looking for an easy way to understand and process. I have listened to several videos on youtube and read various articles, but to be honest they all don't communicate the specific same thing which I think should be constant as it is math.

thanks for your help,
