Hummer in action

Its been so hot here in western Oregon that I haven't had much of a chance to test my new d810 on fast action shots (bif) for testing the auto focus.  I have numerous humming birds in my back yard so I have been practicing a little this evening.  The auto focus seems to latch on quickly especially with humming birds always in action.  Both images are cropped around 45% taken at a high iso of 3200 and the detail is fantastic I think.  The camera just feels more responsive than my d800e and I was shooting in group auto focus.  If you blow up the images to 100% there is noise, but I reduce the noise very little to keep a sharp image thru Light Room 5.6.  So far I think I made a smart choice upgrading if only for the quite shutter and better auto focus.
