I hate D800's Auto ISO with zoom lenses!!!

Ok, it's very handy when shooting fixed focal, I set it up to shoot 1/320th when using the 85/1.8 and it works very well, then I switch to the 50/1.4 and, accordingly, maybe set it to shoot at 1/250th or 1/200th and it is fine, damn, when I have the weird idea to mount the zoom and forget to switch it off...

Is there a way to bypass this? Do I do something wrong or is there some hidden feature to turn it on and off without to go all the way through the menu? It would be nice to store minimum shutter speed values for each lens, ok, not asking to make it for the whole range of a zoom lens but wouldn't it be possible to add a memory bank to store individual values???
