Best camera for my specific needs

Hi All!

So I've been having a hard time trying to figure out what my next camera will be.  Some criteria:

Weight.  The biggest issue I have is being able to hold the camera.  I have health issues which weight is an issue as well as tremors in my hands on occasion.  So a light, well balanced camera is key.  I also have petite hands so smaller is ok for my needs.

Price.  I am wanting to spend around 1K (US) for a body and decent lenses.

My current camera is a Nikon D80.  I am really leaning towards mirror-less cameras, as I know someone who swears by The OM-D's.  But as there are very few places that have cameras on display/in stock let alone knowledgeable folks its really hard to get an idea of my next step.

I will be mostly photographing: Low light, pet, macro and landscapes.

So any suggestions on cameras/specific lens?  If not recommending a 4/3 then I'd want to stay with Nikon (since I have lenses).  Oh, I also have old manual lenses that I'd love to reuse again if any camera works well with old lenses please state that as well

Thanks so much for helping me make my decision easier!
