D810 affects badly D800e sales value...

I changed my D800e for a D810 and I am very happy about this.
D810 is much better than D800/D800e in many ways .
Ming Thein confirms my opinion about this in his D800e vs D810 review .

While selling my D800e though, it was difficult to get a decent price.
In the initial D800e price there was an amount for Capture NX2 which is now unusable for D810 and while that licence number is used that license cannot be sold...
You loose much less while selling a regular D800 than while selling a D800e...

Nikon should support D810 NEF in Capture NX2, customer loyalty....I work around while shooting RAW in neutral setting, convert with NikonViewNX2.10 to Tiff and than to my beloved CaptureNX2 workflow. Plenty of NEF changing options are missing in ViewNX 2.10 though...
I hope Iliah Borg or someone else will supply a solution for a D810NEFtoD800NEF conversion... I would not mind to pay a fee for that...
TMHO NXD is completely worthless...

Just my thoughts...

Thanks for your attention and kindest regards,

My former Dpreview profiles ( For which I do not have the Original email address anymore)
