As far as film cameras by Minolta since long before there was A-mount SRT-101 was the first Minolta for me and there have been no breaks in my photography since then. And way longer than then too.

My first SLR was a Kowa SET which I had for a year before I bought an SRT-101 which I used for 35 years.

As far as digital, the RD-175 in the first year it was available. That was used routinely until the Minolta 7D came out. Roughly 15 years.

Did you have a special reason for using the RD-175, a rather cumbersome to use camera with IQ quality considerably less than 35mm film? What I am asking is what did you use it for?

Look at the picture, not the pixels
Misuse of the ability to do 100% pixel peeping is the bane of digital photography because it causes people to fret over inconsequential issues.
