A6000 or EM10 for Photographing Children on the Move

We would appreciate some feedback from those who own the A6000 or Olympus M10.

Currently we have a Canon compact camera and are going to upgrade to a mirrorless SLR with a twin lense kit.

The main purpose is to take photos and video of our 10 month old daughter and more specifically when she is on the move, as children don't always sit still!! plus it's more exciting when there are on the move anyway.

We will be buying the twin kit, we prefer the A6000 but the EM10 is a close second and cheaper, so we are considering both. The price difference is because we can purchase either camera in Japan, cheaper than we can at home.

Yes, we have read the reviews for both Cameras and even though they have an equal score, the A6000 seems to have the upper hand in moving ‘targets’ and movie quality.

BTW we are in New Zealand so that is why pricing in Japan is compelling for us. The M10 is about US$200 cheaper, which makes the decision harder, but more importantly we need to get the right camera first time up!

NB: posted this in the Sony and Olympus forums but was suggested it would be well placed here.
