Uinta Mts , Utah
Just some recent photo's taken in the Uinta Mts in Utah on a short day trip to escape the 102-degree heat in Salt Lake City. Temp was 70-degrees. . . comfortable. Pictures taken with SD1m with 17-40mm lens all shot at 17mm (~27mm with crop factor of sensor in mind.) A few pano's mostly handheld. Nothing spectatcular except for my photo shooting irregularities. Stitched with Autopanopro or Hugin, touched up with Rawtherapee, LightZone and Picasa after being converted to tiff in SPP 5.5.3. Couldn't get SPP 6.04 to work in 'Wine' won't even initialize as does the earlier 4.2 and 5.5.3 SSP programs. At least they still work in Linux. Enjoy. . . any and all comments are welcome.
