I was actually on assignment covering an artists' workshop, and literally grabbed this shot walking by. The apparent tilt is from a combination of the angle from which the photo was taken and the building and sidewalk being old. I tried some perspective correction in PP, but didn't like the way the figures turned out.

From a person who regularly employs REAL tilts, you are not going to get any complaints about apparent tilts.

I like how you allow the human figures to breathe here, against an urban emptiness that is hard to conquer.  The promise of a window in the top right corner counterbalances nicely.  Perfect composition or crop in my book.
