A backlit screen will NEVER replace a print on quality paper. It is so much more natural to view reflected light. It is the way we see the real world.

UHDTV is about 8mp. At the size of the screen this equates to very low resolution. Not to mention the black lines between the pixels. It looks good from afar but it is far from good (for photographic representation)

It is no contest.

This thread shows the ignorance of modernity.

Even silver prints from 100 years ago are higher resolution and dynamic range than any monitor today. Just as large format film (another 100 year old technology) still makes the digital sensors seem puny in comparison.
