Trip to London and gear selection

This is our first trip to London, and it's travel/see first and photo second (or fifth if my wife has something to say about it).

I have plenty of gear and wanted to know what might be your recommendations:

Camera - 6D

Lenses : 12-24 sigma, 24-105 canon, 100-400 canon, 28 2.8, 50 1.8, 100 2.8 macro.

Tripod - probably going to take one, for night photography mostly. Are tripods allowed in St Paul's/ Westminster Abbey?

Are the british museums (national gallery, national museum, v&a museum) tolerant of photography? tripod? monopod?

I assume that tripods are out, but photography?

As we are going to do most of the work by foot, weight is an issue and I don't think that I'll need the 100-400, or will I need a large bag with all the gear and filters..

Waiting for recommendations
