That's what I think too: an update with the same 100-300 and same max aperture as the current lens. Rather like Canon did with the 70-300 'L', Panasonic need to update the 100-300 with an 'X' version that performs as well as the 70-300 'L' does, not only optically but also with AFC shooting speeds to match the top speed of a GH4.
