Nikon D3s vs Sony A6000

I am an indoor sports shooter using a D3s and a Nikon 80-200 f2.0 zoom. This lens has no VR and no AFS. Most of my shooting is done at 1/500, f4.0 and ISO 6400 approximately. I'm thinking about the possibility of using the Sony A6000 with the Sony 18-105 f4.0 lens as a backup. If anyone has experience with these two setups, I would really appreciate your thoughts. A second Nikon setup like the first is too heavy and too expensive. The three most important characteristics to compare are high ISO IQ, low light focus speed and burst rate. I always shoot the D3s at 9fps and would shoot the A6000 at 11fps. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
