The 16-45 is known to have quite some CA, it can be lateral CA in this case. Als you exposed the - probably rather dark - inside correctly, this means that the hole is largely overexposed. ISO 2200 might help spreading it further. Also dusty air may help this. What was the color temperature of the light inside ? If incandescent inside light was corrected, then natural light from outside will be blue/purple. I don't think it's a camera issue, and even if it is I cannot think of any 'repair' action.
