All systems have pros and cons.

For example, the results are reversed when looking at a different area of the image:

Not only reversed, but using an MFT sensor is not a good comparison. They maintain the same picture hight, so there is more resolution in LPPH on the MFT sensor. This means you are looking at the equivalent of an 18MP 2:3 ratio image cropped to 3:4.

Looking at a 16 MP APSC sensor as a comparison gives different results.
