Sorry, I didn't mean to imply Sigmas are bad for street shooting, only that if Sigma is relying on street shooters to make a success of the Quattro I think it doubtful. It's not a small camera. When I shoot street style with the Merrill I can't easily chimp, so I don't hear the slow buffer save "in the forrest" So if speed isn't an issue there, wouldn't a street shooter choose the smaller M, or even an S or X? Also, the Panasonic GM1/GX7 has a silent shutter and the Olympus has internal IS. Just making the point that there are other cameras with interesting features appealing to street shooters. Some people here only shoot Sigma, which I respect, but one must be realistic about what's going on in the rest of the camera world

Some people can afford only one camera and if they like foveon output ....
