Moth in Flight (MIF) w/V2 70-300CX

This is Clearwing Hawkmoth, otherwise know as a Humming Bird Moth. They are about 40cm long and fly like a bee (or hummingbird). Used the V2 and 70-300VR CX in AF-C and managed to keep it in the focus area using 15FPS with several bursts. Many poses but this one shows up his wings (yes it is a male) best. I had to push the ISO up to 1600 to keep the shutter above 1/1000th.
