What could be the next steps?

my current DSLR setup consists of a Canon EOS 600D with the lenses

Canon EF-S 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 IS II
Canon EF-S 55-250mm f/4-5.6 IS II
Canon EF 50mm f/1.8 II

Overall I'm quite satisfied with what I can do so far. The problematic areas are lowlight photography and everything with fast movements (e.g. birds or rabbits, none of the lenses are really fast in autofocus). In the future I want to experience more with astrophotography and landscape pictures.

What upgrade options do I have to get a really visible difference to what I have now? Should I invest in better lenses? Would an upgrade of the body make sense in the APS-C range like going to Canon 70D? Or should I think about going to full format? A Canon 6D with the 24-105/4,0 L IS USM kit lense would be around 2100 EUR which is also the upper limit of my budget.

Hope you can give me some suggestions
