Olympus Camedia Equivalent
I had the C-750UZ for four years. Cutting a long story short, I now have both the SH-50 and the SH-1. They complement each other, both having a 16 MB BSI CMOS sensor, 24x zoom, at least 3-axis IS, two Custom WB settings, HD1080p 30 fps and HD720 120 fps video, and the ability to take up to 12 full resolution stills during any video take. I regularly use all these features.
The SH-1 has 5-axis IS for both stills and video (which makes focussing on long shots much more reliable), time lapse for both stills and video, and a level indicator. It also has WiFi working with iOS and Android cell phones, but not with a standard WiFi router or public hot spots (I have no cell phone).
WB settings and video and audio quality are the same on both SH-50 and SH-1. But WB AUTO works better on the SH-1 in murky conditions. Compared to the SH-50, the SH-1 does more sharpening.

I do miss the electronic viewfinder. I keep putting off ordering the ClearViewer, which is an LCD attachment with a magnifying glass to be used at eye level.
Unlike my C-750UZ, the SH-50 and the SH-1 don't leave the lens out when the battery dies, and they don't do random actions when it gets damp. I put up with these 'features' on the C-750UZ, since for a year there was nothing like it. But now with the SH-50 and the SH-1 I don't have to tolerate such misbehaviour.
