EM1 ISO Question

I'm confused as to the ISO settings on the EM1.  On previous Olympus cameras that I owned like the E-30 and E-510, the ISO started at 100 and went up from there.  100 ISO was always the recommended setting used to give the best  photo quality as far as noise.  On my EM1, the first setting is LOW, followed by 200 that the camera says is "recommended".  What gives here? Is LOW actually 100 ISO?  When would one use LOW?

Olympus E-M1
