Help me lighten my gear load

I would appreciate some input on a matter.

I used to work part time as a freelance photographer.

I used the following Nikon kit:

D4 (sold allready)
105 VR
6000/4 (going to be sold. Birds and wildlife was not for me)

The stuff I have weighs too much and is too bulky.

I also have a Sony A7 with kit zoom for family use.

I would like to do something about all this
and I have browsed the web extensively.

What I want is a lighter, but complete kit mainly for everyday use.
I want top notch image quality both for family/enjoyment use
and for the ocational paid jobs I still do. Basically I'd like to be able
to fit it all (more or less) in a lightish shoulder bag

What do you think?

Stay with Nikon and go all primes?

Sell all and get a OM-D E-M1 with the pro zoom and some primes?

Sell all and get the X-T1, some nice primes and an X100?

The Sony A7 is nice but a bit too slow and lacks a lot
of focal lenghts with really good IQ.

I know you don't know me and can't have the "correct" answer.
However, I am very interested in your thoughts.

Best regards.
