Photographer RUINED my clients wedding photos.

Let me just vent my frustration here for a minute.

A (now) client of mine had a destination wedding months ago and just got her photos back from the photographer (likely a family friend who gave her a killer deal), and the photos came back DESTROYED. Here are the problems:

1. Lack of ANY white balance

2. Skin tones are RED! Literally LOBSTER RED

3. Shot with ON BOARD FLASH

4. Shot with consumer level crop DSLR

5. Shot with KIT ZOOM

6. MOST SHOT AT ISO 1600!

7. SHOT IN JPEG, WITH NR ON!

8. Lots of them are mis-focused because of inaccurate camera PDAF or very soft because of iso1600

9. Oh and did I mention ALL SHOT IN AUTO MODE!

10. Terrible shadow banding

11. Underexposed by about .6 - 1.3 stops

I am about to go apeshit right now.... But I am glad I can get paid... Double what I quoted them for my time...

Back to work to make these look like less crap.

THIS is what happens if you have NO experience shooting a wedding. I am able to recover most of them, but it wont ever be the same.
