jalywol, you are not alone who craves for ultimate color tonality and fidelity.

The video is old and goes about D800 vs H4D-40. TL;DR: where Hasselblad captured 27 different colors in skin tones, D800 captured only 16. It would be interesting if people repeated the test now, two years later with the D810 and A7, to see how close this new sensor came to MF. (And of course, throw in the other cameras into the test and see how their color reproduction compares.)

Thanks for that video, it was really interesting. It makes me want to play with medium format, though
