*This thread is always a lot fun and can be a great learning experience: letting you show off what you and your Fuji X camera can do.

*Please reply to the original post but change the title to reflect the subject of your image(s) so that you post starts a new section.

*If you can provide details on the subject, camera, settings and processing, that would be great for people reviewing the images.

*If you have more than 10 images to share, please break them up into more than 1 posting.

In June and July, at midnight, you can see this celestial event, sometimes ...
and if it is not obscured by lower clouds.

Yesterday I was in Rosslyn, VA, across the river from Georgetown in Washington DC, and we had great weather. I walked toward the Key Bridge, over it and back.

The Samyang 85mm X mount lens is fully manual and I keep forgetting to make a written record of what F-stop I'm using for any given shot. Mostly I shoot at F4-F5.6 though.

Construction site in Rosslyn. Lots of color here.

Key Bridge has a sturdy railing all the way across on both sides, which has become a posting place for padlocks indicating couples' commitments to each other. Washington Monument is in the backgound.

On the DC side, Georgetown University

On the shore of the Potomac below Georgetown University is its boat house, a favorite place to rent a rowboat in summer and home to the rowing crew during the school year.
