As the brittish say, There is a time and a place for everything. I use the SX50 whenever there a long shot is a possibility, mainly, field or woods. A 'vade mecum' is a G15, always with me, cocked and locked. Third place is a T3i witn a 50mm f1.4, for night or theatre plays, when a flash is not acceptble. A 55-250mm is for specific purposes.
