I often go in to our local camera store and look lovingly at those lovely big Canon, Nikon and Sony Cameras with their big sensors etc. Then I remind my self of the beautiful 30x40 inch canvas print I had made from my OMD-EM5 hanging on my wall. Which was taken at 800 ISO is sharp with no noise and true to colour. So why would i need another camera. I suppose it is our nature to always want better, but is it better?

if we are talking sensor size those big Canon, Nikon and Sony cameras clearly are better ...for shallow DOF work. with appropriate glass. honestly, FF and MFT both have their strengths and weaknesses and i'm glad that when i go out to take some pictures i can take whatever camera will suit my needs better. APSC is in between and has neither the DOF possibilities of FF nor the size advantages of MFT (especially the lenses). in my opinion it combines the disadvantages of both FF and MFT. i know that many (most?) photographers will disagree and that's ok. it's a good thing that we all can choose the system that fits our particular needs or wishes best (leaving financial aspects of the different sensor sizes aside for a moment).

PS: your EM5 has a very nice sensor. with regard to hot pixels it's miles ahead of the GH3. if not for its small grip and generally inferior ergonomics (in my opinion, your mileage may vary) i would not have traded the EM5 for the GH3.
