Distance on average was somewhere between 3 and 5 feet anyway, not the the distance matters one little bit.

This woman has a really interesting face. Her posture, however, seems to be saying something far more equivocal.

I took about 120 street portraits yesterday and they all say something different

the thing about doing portraits, even (?especially) on the street, is that once you start setting things up, there is no special end point for what you might have done, what you can be held responsible for.

There is very little to set up, no lighting stands, no background stands, nothing

It looks to me like this holds a lot of potential for a series, but i think you have a way to go yet.
