Help in purchasing a new lens

This is my first time posting here and I am looking for advice on my next lens purchase for my Canon 60D. This lens will primarily serve as a back up lens (my Canon EFS 15MM-85MM USM lives on my 60D) for my first trip to Europe. Although I would like a lens that would add a little more versatility to my photography. I am considering a prime lens as I do not have one, but no larger than 35mm. I dont really do portrait photography (but I have had a few friends ask me to help them out with shoots for their fashion/lifestyle blogs) as I am more interested in travel/landscape/wildlife photography. I am really looking forward to shooting Paris at night time so I am keen on a lens that will work well in low light. So far the lens I am keen on are:

Sigma 30mm F1.4 ART

Sigma 10mm-20mm F3.5 EX DC HSM

Canon EF 28mm f2.8 IS USM

Canon EF 20mm f2.8 USM

Canon EF-S 10-18mm f/4.5-5.6 IS STM

Canon EF-S 10mm-22mm F/3.5-4.5 USM

Has anyone used any of the above lenses? Or would you recommend any other (maybe in tamron?) I am hoping to only spend about $300 AUD although I am will to spend up to $600AUD if I get a decent tax return in the coming weeks.

Thanks in advance
