Olympus got back to me today and has confirmed this to be counterfeit due to the obvious weight difference, casing being wrong, etc. Since there is definite confirmation no need for me to wait-seller is going by the screenname "battzone" on eBay and has sold many of these and has them listed for sale currently. If any of you have bought from them in the past chances are you might want to look at your battery to see if it is real.

Again, anyone can report fake items on Ebay. Just click "report" on the right side of the page.

Why do you think the battery you linked to is fake? Did you buy it and weigh it?
