I'm waiting until July 2 which is when eBay is making me wait till to have them review the case then will post the seller information once all that closes. The seller wrote that I can return for a full refund but I am not about to waste my time and money to ship them back this battery. eBay's policy states that for counterfeits you do not need to but have to wait to open the case. Will see how that pans out. Hoping I don't have to return it because I want to open the battery and see what is inside. It feels as if the bottom half of the battery is completely empty and I am really curious.

Just to clarify on how to report counterfeit items to Ebay. One clicks "report item" on the listing page, it is not needed to buy or receive the item. Beside that, buyers will need to open a case for their individual refund, as you did.
