Unlikely that the design is at fault. My 14-140 II worked perfectly with my GH3 and now does just fine with my GH4. There is no hint of the jitter I saw in the example you posted. I've owned my 14-140 II for a year now (purchased from Hong Kong before they were available in the U.S.) and I've found no issues with it; it has been my most used lens since last July.

Just see about replacing *your* lens.
