Some Wildlife Photos with a D800

It's a long time since I posted any photos here, so here are a few from the last year. Sorry, I don't have any pets (or, alas, a Df), so we will have to make do with wild animals!

All shots taken with a D800 and a 300mm f2.8 (except the dolphin and the leaping Salmon, which were both taken with a 70-200mm f4).

Puffin, Farne Islands, UK

Shortlisted for final round of the Wildlife Photographer of the Year Competition in 2014. Taken at Chanonry Point near Inverness, Scotland

A dipper perched on a waterfall in West Burton, Yorkshire Dales, UK

Leaping Salmon, Stainforth Force, Yorkshire, UK

The Farne Islands again

Gannet at Bempton, UK
