4 Days In Oman with the Fujifilm X-T1

Video: click here

I was given 4 days to shoot this video using the Fujifilm X-T1 before it's official release here in Muscat, Oman.

Some quick things I got to say after my experience with using the camera.

1. Weather Sealed Like a Pro!

In the course of making the video, it got drenched by waves, beaten by sand, kissed by camels and exposed to +40°C temperatures for hours and it still works like a charm!

2. 1920x1080 @ 60fps

This is the first camera that I own, which can do this type of video. I just had to see how the slow-mo would look, and boy am I happy the X-T1 made this available. I was able to do some incredible planed slow-motion shots for the first time with this camera.

3. Built-in Intervalometer

No need for remotes anymore, at least for what I do. I like to do a lot of time-lapse and this function was well received by me! Also I did quite a few night time-lapses and I'd have to say that the noise is almost non-existent.

Anyways, I wrote a full review of the camera, with some behind the scenes shots over on my blog http://yellowstreetphotosblog.com/fujifilm-x-t1-review-ultimate-oman-test/
