That video is useful in parts, confusing or evasive in others, and sometimes just plain wrong, so watch with caution.

As well don't forget there's the SCP (Super Control Panel) with shortcut "buttons" to the most often changed camera functions:

I listed the earlier E-PL5 Custom Menu and it explains some items better than the manuals, the E-M10 of course has a few more menu items but is not radically different.

Rats, my web pages are down at the moment at my ISP, will come back and add links later when working again. Meanwhile try tiny u r l.com/m43stuff (need to be tricky to avoid that site block, just remove some spaces) occasionally and head for E-PL5 comments and then Menus to find my notes.
